We want you to love your new outfit, so if it's not quite right, you can return your items for a store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and clearance reasons.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return shipping label.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer bag, ensuring the return form or packing slip is included inside the parcel.
Post and Track
Drop your package off at any Australia Post office or red street posting box. Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email with your store credit code.
